Walter and Annie German were married on May 15, 1952 in Detroit, Michigan. They are parents of four children: James, Peter, Kathryn and Janet, and loving grandparents of nine. Walter and Annie have good reason to celebrate 50 years of devotion to each other and their family.

A retired engineer with Ford Motor Company, Walter served his country as a Marine during the Korean War. He was a Boy Scout leader for 10 years, and now serves as a Deacon in his church.

A caring and gifted homemaker, Annie nurtured the Godly character in her children. She still instills those qualities in her grandchildren, friends and neighbors.

They both are a gift from God.
