CBN.com – Greetings once again on our final day in Berdanysk, Ukraine. My girls and I have loved every minute we've spent in the orphanage.
Today CBN's Operation Blessing arrived in style! The orphanage's dance and singing team performed an Easter concert for us and the rest of the children. (Ukrainian Easter is May 1st).
CBN's OPERATION BLESSING WALTZED IN WITH BUNNIES FOR EVERY CHILD IN THE ORPHANAGE AFTER THE SHOW! It was wonderful! Howls of laughter filled the auditorium.
We discovered the auditorium had suffered severe water damage and had not been in use for several months. It, however, is the only place the children can all gather together. So why were we in the lovely hall watching our wonderful concert? Because CBN had repaired the roof and repainted the auditorium so the children could once again dance and sing.
It never ceases to amaze me how awesome God's love is as He places the gift of giving in our hearts. When we come together to support CBN, we can bring a lot to these children -- remodeled rooms, bunnies, and the love of Jesus.
