Reflection Questions
- What are some examples from your life where you really felt productive? What are some things about those activities that made you feel productive?
- Work that we enjoy often does not feel like work at all. What are some previous "work" activities that were very productive for you but that you also truly enjoyed? What can you do to spend more time doing this kind of work?
- Have you ever felt momentarily gratified by cleaning your house or cleaning off your desk to avoid more important work that needs completed? Is your desk "too organized?" (I.e. Could you benefit by being more disciplined and more whole-heartedly pursuing a productive lifestyle?)
