Please carefully read the following information on how you can take part in the "Tracy Lawrence - The Rock" Autographed CD Giveaway- and you might win an autographed Tracy Lawrence: The Rock CD.

One winner will be drawn randomly per day for five days to receive an autographed copy of The Rock, by country music artist Tracy Lawrence. Only entrants who have met all of the requirements will be eligible to be chosen as winners.

Who Is Eligible?

The "Tracy Lawrence - The Rock" Autographed CD Giveaway is open to residents of the 48 states of the Continental U.S. and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees of CBN or any of its affiliated organizations, along with their immediate family members (parents and children, guardians and wards) and/or those living in the same household as each are not eligible to win any prize. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, the Website's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (both incorporated herein by reference) and the decisions of the judges and/or Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

How to Enter

Beginning June 6, 2011 at 12:01:00 AM (ET) through June 10, 2011 at 11:59:00 PM (ET) go to CBN.com and complete the online entry information. You may register once per day. As part of your entry, you must provide a valid e-mail address where you can be reached from 6/6/11 through 6/10/11. By providing your e-mail address, you are consenting to the use of this e-mail address by CBN, The 700 Club, CBN.com, and their respective production companies or their representatives to e-mail you in connection with this contest. Limit one entry per person/email address per day irrespective of the method of entry. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or by any means, which subvert the entry process are void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

How the Winner Will Be Chosen

The "Tracy Lawrence - The Rock" Autographed CD Giveaway consists of completing a valid entry form provided on the Sweepstakes page. CBN has sole and absolute determination in choosing the winner and CBN's decision will be final. Winners may be asked to be a guest on The 700 Club at the sole discretion of CBN. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within seven (7) days of date of issuance. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or a potential winner is not in compliance with these rules, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor's discretion, an alternate winner selected. Prizes will awarded to the parent or legal guardian and parents or legal guardians are responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on winners set forth herein.

Prizes: Approximate Retail Value and Odds of Winning

Prizes (5) will be awarded, one per day, beginning on Monday, June 6, 2011 and ending on Friday, Junet 10, 2011, namely, one autographed CD of the Tracy Lawrence album, The Rock (ARV $15 ea.). Odds of being chosen as a winner depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion. Limit one (1) prize per household.

Conditions of Participation

Prize is not transferable. No substitution of prize by winner is permitted, but in the event of unavailability, CBN will substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these official rules and by the decisions of CBN, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Sweepstakes. By submitting a "Like" to the giveaway, the contestant agrees that CBN may post the submission on the CBN.com website and may otherwise use the entry in accordance with the terms of CBN's "Terms of Use" posted on the CBN.com website. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for CBN and its agencies to use winner's name and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting prize, winner agrees to hold CBN, its respective directors, officers, employees and assigns harmless against and from any claims, actions, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses of any kind arising from or relating to any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the contest or the exercise by CBN of rights granted hereunder. Winner assumes all risks and liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of prize. CBN is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the contest or in the announcement of the prize.

If the original e-mail to an potential prize winner is not responded to by the potential prize winner within designated time, that entry will be returned to the entry pool and an alternate entrant (in order of selection) may be selected until one (1) entrant is reached.

CBN is not responsible or liable for computer error or any technical malfunctions of any Internet service provider's (ISP) network.

CBN is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated or illegible entries nor for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor or presenter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof. If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, CBN reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest. In the event the online portion of the promotion must be cancelled for any reason, remaining entrants will be chosen at random from among all eligible entries received at time of online termination.

DISPUTES: As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively, before a court located in the City of Virginia Beach, Virginia having competent jurisdiction, which Court shall apply the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia without regard for doctrines of conflict of laws. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than entrant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Giveaway), and entrant (and his/her parent or legal guardian) further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
